There was no return slip in my package, how do I start a return?

To start a return, please visit Brochu Walker -Returns Center. All orders are eligible for a return within 21 days of receipt, unworn with tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please visit our Return Policy for additional details.

International orders: all sale items are final sale with no returns or exchanges

Extended Holiday Returns: Orders placed between 11/21 and 12/16 are eligible for returns through 1/7/2026 for a full refund. This excludes purchases that are explicitly final sale, as well as jewelry, fragrance, and international orders. All items must be in returnable condition as described in our standard return policy.

I sent in my item for a return. How long until my form of payment is reimbursed?

Please allow up to 7 business days transit time for it to arrive at our warehouse. We usually accept returns within 2-3 business days of their arrival. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit or payment amount back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer or form of payment used (anywhere from 3-14 business days)

Can I make an exchange for a different color or style?

Yes, exchange are possible for a different color or style.

Brochu Walker merchandise can be exchanged within 21 days of the date of receipt by mail or from purchase at our Brochu Walker stores. Please note that exchanges are only eligible for orders shipped within the United States.

My item doesn't fit, can I exchange it for a different size?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please visit Brochu Walker -
Returns Center
 and follow the instructions. Please select the return reason, “Did Not Fit”, select exchange and choose your desired size. Once completed, a pre-paid FedEx Return Label will be ready to print, you may drop the package at your local FedEx store click to find a FedEx near you. Once the original order has been returned to our warehouse, we will ship your exchange.

Exchanges are only eligible for orders shipped within the United States.

Brochu Walker is pleased to offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.

*FedEx 2-Day is available for a $35 Flat Fee and FedEx Overnight is available for a $50 Flat Fee.

*Some products are not available to ship by 2-day & Overnight as we cannot guarantee their processing time. Kindly note that 2-day & Overnight shipping selections are unavailable for Alaksa, Hawaii, US Territories, and International. Yes! Please select the flag icon at the top right corner to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods & calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes, and other customs fees.

We offer complementary shipping for orders above the equivalent of $450 USD. All other international orders will be charged a flat rate for shipping at time of purchase:

Canada & Mexico – Flat Fee $25

International – Flat Fee $40
